    2. XR MALL is a pioneering mobile app that uses extended reality (XR) to enhance interpreting and public speaking practice. It combines virtual and augmented reality for immersive, interactive experiences. As the first free, open-access app of its kind, it offers an interactive feedback platform, VR practice, AR vocabulary lists, and a speech analyzer. Globally accessible, it provides flexible learning resources for out-of-class study. It creates realistic speech settings for practice and benefits a wide range of stakeholders. XR MALL is a trilingual, theory-based learning tool that promotes 'learning-by-doing' in a simulated VR environment.

    3. Tra Tech is a complimentary mobile app that revolutionizes translation technology learning. It offers ten comprehensive modules on machine and computer-aided translation, and various translation tools. Beyond learning materials, Tra Tech provides access to online seminars, workshops, and guest talks from renowned scholars. To foster engagement, it includes interactive games and an online discussion forum. With Tra Tech, experience a dynamic, immersive learning journey in translation technologies.

  3. MATTE

    4. MATTE (Metaverse Application for Translation Technology Education) is an all-encompassing mobile application offering a wealth of resources on crucial elements of translation technology, including machine translation (MT) and computer-aided translation (CAT) tools. It provides an introduction to a range of translation tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, Quillbot, Passolo, and Wordtune, with the majority of materials delivered in an engaging audiovisual format. The app includes interactive exercises and a peer interaction forum. It encompasses ten topics, introducing tools like Phrase, Google Translate, Baidu Translate, and ChatGPT for diverse translation needs. Moreover, MATTE features an automatic machine translation capability for English-Chinese and Chinese-English translations.
